BMW’s New Plans To ExpandIts EV Commitment And What That Means…

As Tesla continues its assault on the mainstream automotive market, stealing more and more market share from established luxury and premium brands, some of those automaker are starting to fight back, devising their own plans to build high-power luxury electric vehicles.

Some are accelerating and/or expanding their existing electric vehicle plans, eager to make sure that the upcoming Tesla Model 3 doesn’t steal any more market share.

One such company is BMW, which has announced this week that alongside its existing i-brand plug-in vehicle development it intends to produce a whole new slew of plug-in cars.
