Incentives, Disincentives, and Getting More People Driving Zero Emission Vehicles

Following this week’s IPCC report — which says we really need to act now or face dire consequences in the future for our species (and the planet) it’s obvious we need to change the speed at which electric cars and other zero emission vehicles are adopted.

Incentives are perhaps one way — but the issue with current incentives is that they’re really not targeting the people who would really benefit from them the most.

So what’s the solution? Nikki has some ideas…
