Tesla’s primary mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy and sustainable transportation.
So far, it’s done a great job, bringing down the price of its electric cars and causing many other automakers to follow with their own plans for plug-in cars and energy products.
But in recent months, Tesla’s almost continual price changes and content switches has started to leave potential customers in the dust. And when large changes to policy or pricing are pushed with seemingly no warning, it’s started to upset some existing customers.
